Once agreed, you will decide what level of service you require from us and contracts will be signed

STEP 3 Considering Options

Our Agent will provide you with a shortlist of properties that meet your criteria and you will receive a comparative research document to help you decide on which property best suits your needs and goals

STEP 4 Viewings

Our Agent will organise viewings for you (and where necessary attend with you and/or on your behalf) of your selected properties

STEP 5 Financial Budgeting

Our Agent will provide you with a detailed calculation of the costs involved in your purchase to include other professional fees such as Solicitors and Mortgage Broker Fees (if required)

STEP 6 Price Negotiation

Our Agent will use market knowledge and expertise to negotiate the best price for you on your chosen property

STEP 7 Transaction Management

Our Agent will guide you through the whole process from the beginning through to exchange of contracts and completion of the purchase. We will liaise with Solicitors, Lenders, Valuers and any other Estate Agents or Seller representatives on your behalf until the purchase comes to a successful close.
